The purpose of this action is to ensure effective project coordination and management enabling the achievement of the projects objectives according to the schedule and quality standards.

- Translation of proposal from English to Greek.
- Partnership agreement developed and signed
- Kick-off meeting at MAICh premises on the 22nd of January 2009 (MAICh, NKUA, Forest Directorate of Chania)
- Project meeting with the Forest Directorate of Lassithi on the18th of February 2009
- Second project meeting held on the premises of MAICh on the 11th of March 2010
- Meeting and discussions with Forest Directorate of Chania (20 of May 2010) for the implementation of the various concrete conservation actions
- Meeting in MAICh with the forest service of Lassithi and discussion on the progress of the project (02/07/2010)
- Field trip to Kedrodasos (Elafonisi) and onsite discussion (C actions) with the Forest Directorate of Chania (07/07/2010)
- Meeting in MAICh with NKUA (12/07/2010) and discussion on the progress of the project
- Field trip to Kedrodasos (Elafonisi) and onsite discussion with representative of NKUA (13/07/2010)
- Frequent contacts with associate beneficiaries and daily project meetings at MAICh
